Samuel M Odede
Director

Samuel M Odede is the founder and director of the foundation and a member of Rotary Club of the Ponds. He is an enterpreneur, ICT Senior Manager and a IT Technical Architect with over 22 years experience in the IT industry. He has a post graduate degree in Physics and is a member of the Fundraising Institute Of Australia (FIA).
Samuel has dual Kenyan Australian citizenship and lives with his family in Sydney, Australia.
He brings with him a breadth of technical and leadership experience having had engagements with numerous companies ranging from small startups to large multinational corporations. 
Emma Odede
Program Manager
(Australia)
Emma is a member of the leadership team and a member of Rotary Club of The Ponds. She is a Business Development Manager at the Department of Industry in Australia with 10 years experience working with the federal government. She assists businesses to get advice and grants from the government and raises awareness of government support for business.
Emma has a bachelor degree in Commerce and Asian Studies.  She brings with her a breadth of experience in business development, program management and building relationships with key stakeholders.
Esther Odede
Program Manager

Esther is member of the leadership team. She is a retired senior lecturer with over 30 years work experience. She holds a bachelor of Education degree and a postgraduate diploma.
Esther held several senior positions in the past including Head of English Language Department.
During the last 15 years Esther has managed Rinya Farm and engaged in several farming projects including Greenhouse, sugarcane, dairy and poultry. She was also Hospital Administrator at Rinya Hospital for 7 years. Her experience in Agriculture and hospital management will be of great value to the foundation. 
Dr. Samuel O Odede
Project Adviser

Dr. Samuel Odede is a Harvard-trained Public Health Specialist with a focus on Healthcare Policy and Management. He is currently a Trauma & Orthopaedic surgeon.
Samuel is a Member of the Royal College of Surgeons of Ireland and will very soon be a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of England in Trauma & Orthopaedics.
He is keen and passionate about improving health indicators in developing countries having worked in JICA Africa as a Health Consultant in East, Central and Southern Africa.
Cabral Odede
Project Adviser
(Kenya)
Cabral is an Administrator currently managing the family estate at Rinya. He has been on this role for the last 14 years.
Cabral studied a degree in Biomolecular Science and has a IT Diploma. He brings a breadth of experience in local knowledge of the community and environment.
His role as Senior administrator will be key to co-ordinating team operations on the ground.
Titus Ochieng
Project Adviser
(Kenya)
Titus is an entrepreneur and farmer with over 20 years experience in dairy, poultry and sugarcane farming. He is currently the Ag. Head of Human Resources at South Nyanza Sugar Company limited in Awendo. He holds a diplomas and higher national diploma in Technical Education, Mechanical Engineering and Human Resources.
Titus brings with him enormous experience in human resource management, agriculture, community projects and real estate.
